Meritens is a market leader in vertical manual gutting machines. Our sanitary and robust design has allowed us to offer our customers a high reliability product and low cost on capital expending and operation. Our gutting machine EVT is designed to obtain a high-quality product for the demanding markets of our clients.
- “Turnkey” design, according to the specific requirement of each client.
- Process Speed: 30-40 Fish/min (Single Machine) or 60-80 Fish/min (Double).
- Crew: 8 workers (Standard Single Machine) or 16 workers (Double) (*).
- 1x Machine Feeder
- 1 x Cleaver/Cutter
- 2x Viscera Extractor
- 1 x Kidney Slasher
- 1 x Kidney Sucker
- 2 x wash
- Total: 8 People.
- Constructed of stainless steel, including chain and sprockets. Design robust (chain 1”).
- Double safety system (mechanical clutch + VF).
- System for extracting viscera with a swan neck tape or suction pump.
- Optional: Rotary filter before the viscera hopper.
- Electrical connection: 3x400V, 50 Hz. Includes board with VF.
- Extraction system of viscera, kidney, and filters (See product).
